Over the past two days, while venturing to Docklands & Hanging Rock by day, at night I was repeating the verrines class. As you may remember, a verrine is simply a fancy trifle with a bit of added oomph.
As in the previous verrines class, the flavour profiles are
passionfruit
raspberry & vanilla
tiramisu
& rum baba.
